There are many great features in Grovenor House. There are too many to list here, but they include a tennis, boating, exercise area, gated entry, play area and clubhouse.

Grovenor House is beautiful and the city of Coconut Grove condos is also fantastic. There are so many great things about it that they are too numerous to list here. But just an example of what you’ll find close by – great beaches, amazing malls, amazing parks and the perfect weather.

So, as you can tell Grovenor House in Coconut Grove is really a great place to live. It’s not located here in Briny Breezes, but definately worth a look anyway.
